Each 2 hour session introduces you to a specific participatory method—one designed to awaken insight, engage the whole self, and challenge traditional leadership paradigms. Whether you're seeking practical tools, embodied practices, or an opportunity to pause and reflect amidst the demands of leadership, this series invites you to reconnect with the roots of your leadership essence while expanding your capacity to navigate complexity with grace. Each month, we will explore a different facet of leadership through a carefully curated participatory method. While themes may shift to reflect emerging needs, here’s a glimpse of sample topics & methods: ~Relational Attunement: Learn how to strengthen connection, presence, and deep listening within teams.
