Meet Your Facilitator

Hi, I'm Alexis. I'm a Somatic Leadership Coach. I work with leaders who care deeply about how they show up — and still find themselves reacting differently when things get stressful. I help people build leadership capacities by learning to read cues from their bodies, regulate their systems, and train new responses using imaginal imagery & experiential practices. 

With graduate training in somatic psychology and transformative leadership, alongside 20+ years as a software leader & coder, I’ve spent more than a decade exploring what actually helps leaders stay human under pressure. Drawing from advanced studies in Counseling and East-West Psychology, I bring an interdisciplinary approach to leadership development informed by neurobiology, Hakomi, and contemplative wisdom traditions. I create leadership experiences that support more effective and sustainable ways of working together.

The venue offers spacious rooms for group work, a swimming pool, koi pond, and quiet corners for meditation. Participants also have access to a scenic canyon trail that leads to the beach in 25 minutes. Surrounded by beauty and nature, these immersives create the conditions for leaders to step outside daily demands and into connection, reflection, and possibility.
